Articolul 2 - Comenzi
Pentru Client, realizarea unei comenzi de produse către publisol.ro implică acceptarea necondiţionată atât a condiţiilor generale de vânzare prezente, cât şi a condiţiilor particulare referitoare la articole comandate / denumire / preţ / componente şi aşa mai departe.

Articolul 3 - Validarea unei comenzi
Validarea de către client: Declarați că ați citit și ați acceptat acești Termeni și condițiile înainte de a vă plasa comanda. Prin urmare, validarea comenzii dvs. reprezintă o acceptare a acestor condiții generale de vânzare. Daca ati ales metoda de plata "Online prin card bancar " este necesar sa completati un formular cu informatiile despre cardul dumneavoastra in pagina securizata a procesatorului de plati.
Platile cu carduri de credit/debit emise sub sigla Visa si MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron si MasterCard/Maestro) se efectueaza prin intermediul sistemului "3-D Secure" elaborat de organizatiile care asigura tranzactiilor on-line acelasi nivel de securitate ca cele realizate la bancomat sau in mediul fizic, la comerciant. - "3-D Secure" asigura in primul rand ca nici o informatie legata de cardul dumneavoastra nu este transferata sau stocata, la nici un moment de timp, pe serverele magazinului sau pe serverele procesatorului de plati, aceste date fiind direct introduse in sistemele Visa si MasterCard. Important de stiut! - Pentru platile prin card bancar nu este perceput nici un comision!
Articolul 5 - Produsele
Fiecare dintre produsele propuse pe site-ul publisol.ro are atribuită o denumire, descriere, detalii de compoziţie şi un preţ. Fotografiile de prezentare nu sunt contractuale, ele reprezintă doar sugestii de prezentare. În cazul unor greşeli, responsabilitatea publisol.ro nu va putea fi angajată.
Articolul 6 - Valabilitatea si durata ofertei
Oferta publisol.ro este valabilă în limita stocului disponibil .În cazul unei rupturi de stoc sau dacă unul dintre articole lipseşte, îl vom înlocui, cu notificare in prealabil, cu un altul din aceeaşi gamă, de o calitate cel puţin echivalentă şi de o valoare cel puţin egală sau superioară, pentru a nu întârzia livrarea.
În cazul în care un articol nu poate fi înlocuit în condiţiile de mai sus după ce comanda Dvs. este definitivă, vă vom contacta telefonic sau prin email în cel mai scurt timp pentru a conveni împreuna:
Articolul 7 - Preturile
Prețurile produselor noastre sunt indicate pe site în lei inclusiv TVA, cu excepția participării la costurile de procesare și expediere. Publisol.ro își rezervă dreptul de a modifica prețurile în orice moment. În momentul unei comenzi, produsele vor fi facturate pe baza tarifelor în vigoare la momentul validării ordinului de comanda. Produsele rămân proprietatea publisol.ro până la plata integrală a prețului. Prețul produselor similare vândute de PUBLISHING SOLUTIONS S.R.L. în magazine terti sau prin internet vor putea fi diferite față de cele afișate pe site-ul publisol.ro

Modalitatea generală de livrare este în sistem de curierat prin firmele de curierat cu care avem contracte încheiate, în limita zonelor acceptate de către firmele de curierat.Livrarea va fi considerată încheiată în momentul predării produselor de către publisol.ro către Transportator. Produsele călătoresc pe riscul Clientului, chiar și în cazurile în care comanda este adresată unui alt destinatar, transferul riscurilor fiind efectuat la momentul predării coletelor către Transportator la livrare. Clientul are obligația să verifice starea produselor livrate și să formuleze rețineri pe documentul de livrare (AWB, Aviz de însoțire a mărfii, Factura Fiscală s.a) sau prin scrisoare recomandată cu aviz de primire către publisol.ro. în termen de 72 de ore de la livrarea produselor. În caz contrar, nu vor putea fi începute demersurile de rambursare către Transportator.
În caz de neconformitate a produselor sau de viciu aparent, Clientul are la dispoziție 14 zile de la recepția acestora pentru a depune o reclamație către publisol.ro. Reclamația poate fi formulată în scris și transmisă prin email / poștă.
Dupa acest termen, produsele livrate sunt considerate conforme și exceptate de orice viciu aparent.
Articolul 10 - Termene de livrare
În cazul plății prin card de credit sau card de debit, comenzile sunt expediate în ziua următoare validării online. Comenzile validate vineri sunt expediate în ziua de luni următoare, cu excepția deschiderii excepționale sâmbătă mai ales în decembrie. Comenzile validate sâmbătă și duminică sunt expediate marti.
Termenele de livrare obișnuite (în afara perioadelor de Sărbători) sunt între 24-72 ore lucrătoare
În perioada Sărbătorilor aceste termene, date doar cu titlu informativ, pot suferi modificari care vor fi anunţate în prealabil clientului.
Articolul 11- Data limita de livrare
În cazul în care produsele comandate nu au fost livrate în termen de 15 de zile de la data recepției de către publisol.ro a comenzii complete împreună cu plata integrală a acestora, pentru orice alt motiv decât Forța Majoră, vânzarea va putea fi anulată la cererea clientului. Sumele plătite de către Client îi vor fi restituite in termen de 10 zile lucratoare de la reprimirea produselor la sediul firmei.
Articolul 12 - Termenele de renuntare
Aveți la dispoziție o perioadă de 14 zile de la primirea produselor dvs. pentru a vă exercita dreptul de renunţare de la publisol.ro fără a trebui să justificați motivele sau să plătiți o penalizare.
Dacă vă exercitați dreptul de renuntare în perioada menționată mai sus, vă rugăm să contactați serviciul nostru pentru clienți. Vom rambursa produsul (produsele) în cauză în termen de 30 de zile de la solicitarea dvs. Costurile de expediere și returnare sunt responsabilitatea cumpărătorului.
Returnările se vor face în stare originală și vor fi complete (ambalare, aviz ...) la adresa de returnare: Publishing Solutions, Str Radarului nr 12E, Sat Petrești, Com Corbeanca, Ilfov.
Nu vom accepta returnări de produse care au fost deschise sau a căror ambalare a fost deteriorată. Nu se acceptă returnarea sau înlocuirea produsului pentru produsele cu termene mai lungi sau pentru toate produsele după data de expirare. În cazul în care aceste produse vor fi în continuare returnate, acestea nu vor fi rambursate în nici un fel
Articolul 13 - Protectia Minorilor
Orice persoană care face o comandă de pe site-ul publisol.ro trebuie să aibă cel puțin 18 ani împliniți până la data efectuării comenzii. În caz contrar, comanda nu va putea fi onorată. Consumul excesiv de alcool dăunează grav sănătății.
Articolul 14 – Responsabilitatea publisol.ro
publisol.ro își declină orice răspundere, civilă sau penală, care ar putea rezulta din utilizarea necorespunzătoare a produselor comercializate sau de daune, responsabilitatea apartine furnizorului produsului în cauză.
Articolul 15 - Politica de confidentialitate
Prin acceptarea acestor termeni va declarati de acord ca furnizarea serviciilor si produselor sa inceapa imediat dupa indeplinirea tuturor formalitatilor de inregistrare cerute. Informatiile furnizate trebuie sa fie corecte si complete. Optand pentru inregistrare, va obligati sa ne furnizati corect numele, adresa si alte informatii utile. Pentru corectarea sau actualizarea acestor informatii, accesati meniul "Date Personale".
Prin accesarea contului si utilizarea parolei personale sunteti responsabil pentru toate actiunile care decurg din folosirea acestora. publisol.ro nu poate fi facuta responsabila pentru erorile survenite in urma neglijentei utilizatorului privind securitatea si confidentialitatea contului si a parolei sale.Datele dumneavoastra personale vor putea fi utilizate de catre publisol.ro pentru confirmarea comenzilor, informarea prin e-mail, mesaje scrise (SMS), posta sau alte mijloace de comunicare despre actiunile ulterioare, realizarea de rapoarte statistice şi aşa mai departe. Datele dumneavoastra personale vor putea fi transmise autoritatilor in drept cu scopul verificarii tranzactiilor comerciale sau altor autoritati in drept pentru efectuarea oricaror verificari justificate in baza legii. Datele furnizate de catre clienti sunt strict confidentiale publisol.ro se angajeaza in fata clientilor sai sa nu furnizeze aceste date unor terte persoane sau companii, ci sa le utilizeze strict pentru uzul relatiei de afaceri dintre client si publisol.ro
Acest site foloseste masuri de securitate impotriva pierderii, alterarii sau folosirii gresite a informatiilor care se afla in controlul nostru. publisol.ro se obliga sa respecte drepturile dumneavoastra conferite de Legea 677/2001, iar la cererea dumneavoastra trimisa pe adresa Piața Presei Libere nr. 1, corp A3-A4, Et. 1, 077067 București, Romania sau prin email la adresa office@publisol.ro , se obliga: sa rectifice, actualizeze, blocheze, stearga sau transforme in date anonime, in mod gratuit, datele a caror prelucrare nu este conforma dispozitiilor Legii nr. 677/2001 privind protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date; sa inceteze prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastra personale.
publisol.ro certifica faptul ca va respecta drepturile conferite de Legea nr. 677/2001 privind protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, a Legii nr. 365/2002 privind comertul electronic, precum a Ordonantei nr. 130/2000 privind protectia consumatorilor la incheierea si executarea contractelor la distanta cu modificarile ulterioare. Articolul 16 - Litigii
Fiind de acord cu acesti Termeni si Conditii, clientul isi asuma in totalitate aceste riscuri. Prezentele condiții generale de vânzare sunt elaborate în conformitate cu legislația română. În caz de litigii, clientul se va adresa societății Publishing Solutions SRL pentru a găsi o soluție amiabilă. În cazul în care aceasta nu poate fi găsită, litigiile vor fi soluționate de către Instanțele competente.
